For appointment/reservation/Time-calls pickups

This is great for those without transportation to work and need reliable transportation. Call us to set up your weekly schedule. This includes pick up from home to work and from work home. We will guarantee being on time for work by arriving 5-10 minutes early of your scheduled pick-up time from home. Allow us 10 minutes after pick-up time from work if needed. If later than 10 minutes you are guaranteed money back or a free ride for the next scheduled day. We charge an UNBELIEVABLE PRICE OF $4. That's an $8 round trip! This includes Wait Time of the first 5 minutes free and every minute after is $1. This is specifically for those who need reliable transportation to work & home. also, we provide this service for grocery shopping at your favorite grocery stores for $8 round trip. If we do happen to be running late. Someone will contact you letting you know the arrival time. Please call us if you are going to be late and a time so we can help not charging wait time. $4 pick up + 5 minutes wait time = 9

$4 per person

$4 + $4 + 5 minutes wait time = 13

For None scheduled pickups (IF SCHEDULE PERMITS)

$5 for in-town only. Wait time first 5 minutes free every minute after is $1. Schedule stops you are granted two stops in between your destination. Second, stop $2. For example, Your pick-up Plus cost ($5 + $2 per stop. Limit 2 stops before your final destination one way only.

Break Down

$5 pickup + $2stop + $2stop = $9

With 5 minutes of wait time per stop $9+$5+$5=$19

Airport & out-of-town appointment/reservation/Time-calls pickups

There's a surcharge wait time of 2 dollars a minute after 5 minutes of wait time.

Reservations must be made 7 days for airport & 2 hours before any out-of-town scheduled pickups

There's a $10 surcharge plus $1 wait time fee.

This guarantees fairness if we run late to another scheduled pick-up or reservation.

Situations where we will issue a full refund:

The driver doesn't not show up.
The driver is more than 30 minutes late and the customer chose to cancel.
Driver accident or became ill

Booking fees are non-refundable.

There is no charge for canceling a reservation at least 24 hours before your pickup time except for the 30% non-refundable booking fee. This gives the opportunity and time to fill your time slot. This helps us not to lose money by not being available during these times when other customers can book.

Situations where we will issue a full refund:

The driver did not show up.
The driver is more than 20 minutes late and the customer chose to cancel.
Driver accident or became ill

Booking fees are non-refundable.

Disputes are billed at cost to the company. Collection fees are up to 35% of unpaid balances. You are also responsible for paying 10% per month and any legal fees connected with collecting the amount you owe.

REMEBER this is not a free service. We have to pay our drivers and gas if you pay or not. We would like to be treated how you expect to be treated by our company. With respect, fairness, and honesty.

We reserve the right to refuse service for the following reasons: illegal acts, profanity, threats, sexual advances, sexual comments, racist language, uncontrolled bodily fluids, violence, damage to property, or an attempt to damage the vehicle.

Intentionally not paying will result in criminal charges called defrauding an inn keep, and anything else the officer thinks is appropriate.
